Flutter Boutique will accept returns under the following conditions.
- Merchandise must be returned to Flutter Boutique within 14 days after you receive your order.
- All products and product packaging must be in their original condition. Shoes with scuff marks or footprints in the footbed or other signs of wear will not be accepted for return and will be sent back at your expense.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.
Cancellation
In most cases an order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. However, you may contact us to inquire.
Refunds
If a return is accepted, we will issue a refund for the amount of the merchandise minus a 10% restocking fee and any other accumulated shipping costs, if applicable. You are responsible for shipping costs related to your return.
Shoes
When trying on shoes, please be sure that you wear hose or, if you prefer to try them on barefoot, that your feet are clean, as not to leave toe imprints on the shoes. We certainly understand that part of the try-on process is walking in the shoes, but please be sure to walk on a surface that will not scratch or damage the soles of the shoes. We cannot resell shoes that have toe marks or scratches on the soles and, therefore, cannot accept such damaged shoes as returns. Please do not use any tape on the outside or inside of the shoe box.
Colors
Online pictures of colors are not a reliable representation as computer screens vary. In some cases we may be able to mail you a fabric swatch. Contact us for details.
